FYI I will submit a proposal to this:

I'll have it framed around Qubes usability, using existing content we
created around other recent funding proposals.

Great idea!

It would be good to coordinate with Thierry Laurion[1], to not submit
the same thing twice. IMHO it makes sense to submit two separate
proposals - one for Heads related features, possibly touching Qubes
integration, and another one for just Qubes-specific development - there
are definitely enough ideas to fill many such proposals.
